By accessing or using Teenode’s confidential computing platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Description of Service
Teenode provides a confidential computing platform powered by AMD SEV-SNP technology, enabling users to:
- Deploy and manage encrypted virtual machines
- Run containerized applications with hardware-level security
- Access cryptographic attestation services
- Utilize confidential computing infrastructure
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior approval
- Perform network scanning or penetration testing of other systems
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Billing and Payments
Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are based on:
- Your selected subscription plan
- Resource usage (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth)
- Additional services as specified in our pricing page
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly in advance
- Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
Suspension
We may suspend your account for non-payment. Upon suspension, you will lose access to your data and services until payment is received.
Data and Content
Your Data
You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our Services, you grant us the right to:
- Host and process your data to provide the Services
- Make backup copies for disaster recovery
- Monitor resource usage and performance
Data Security
While we implement industry-standard security measures including AMD SEV-SNP hardware encryption, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining your own backups
- Securing your application code and configurations
- Managing access controls and credentials
- Monitoring your deployments for security issues
Service Level and Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
- We are not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available for enterprise plans
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, documentation, and branding, are owned by Teenode and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without explicit written permission.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:
- You will be charged for usage up to the termination date
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- No refunds will be provided for unused time
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the Services in a manner that harms our infrastructure or other users
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Teenode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- These limitations apply even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of damages
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teenode from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or deploy
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
